The work process for the packaging design at the Huemen design center in Harman International was not clear for everyone involved, resulting in frustration, misunderstandings and often delivering rushed close to the deadline. To achieve a smooth work process I created a flow chart of the whole process for everyone involved to easily see what is required at what stage. To make sure this document was used in the daily work I made it as a visual illustration with inviting colors and fun characters. Making it as a poster hanged on the wall, everyone could easily see it at any time.
